White Truffle Menu at Alloro

The white truffle season runs from October until December and Alloro are presenting a specially designed menu in honour of the famously rare treat.

Head chef Daniele Camera has created a menu for you to enjoy that makes the most of the white truffles distinctive flavour. The menu includes a veal carpaccio with parmesan shaving and white truffle, roasted guinea fowl with sweet button onion, chestnut puree and white truffle and a dessert of Moscato zabaglione with cantuccini biscuit and white truffle.
